Reybets Affiliate Program Terms&Conditions
1. Definitions
- Reybets – an online betting platform that enables users to place wagers on sporting events.
- Affiliate Program – the partnership program operated by Reybets to attract new users through affiliate marketing.
- Affiliate – an individual or legal entity approved by Reybets to promote its services and refer new customers.
- Player – a user who registers on Reybets via the Affiliate's unique referral link.
- Earnings (Commission) – the remuneration earned by the Affiliate based on the net profit generated by referred Players.
- Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) – calculated as Casino Real Money Revenue minus bonuses and applicable fees.
- Payout – transfer of Affiliate earnings to a designated external payment account.
- Payment Period – the timeframe during which commissions become eligible for withdrawal.
- Promotional Materials – banners, creatives, and other marketing assets provided by Reybets.
2. Affiliate Agreement
1. By joining the Reybets Affiliate Program, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Reybets reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified via the registered email address or official communication channels.
3. Participation in the Affiliate Program is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older.
4. Affiliates are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. Reybets shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or data loss.
5. Reybets reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion without justifying.
6. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions published on the Reybets website shall prevail at all times.
7. Affiliates may use provided promotional materials and publicly available information for marketing purposes, provided such use complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
8. Prohibited Marketing Practices include, but are not limited to:
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Misleading or false advertising
- Brand bidding or unauthorized use of Reybets trademarks in paid advertising
- Pop-under, click-under, or intrusive advertising formats
9. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
10. The use of fraudulent techniques such as cookie stuffing is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Invisible iframes or hidden redirects
- Unauthorized tracking scripts or forced clicks
11. Any violation will result in account suspension or permanent termination.
12. Only one Affiliate account per individual or entity is permitted. Duplicate affiliate accounts are strictly prohibited.
13. Affiliates may not register as Players through their own referral links or engage in collusion with other users.
3. Commission Structure
1. Affiliates earn a standard commission of 25% of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by their referred Players, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Reybets reserves the right to modify commission rates based on performance or individual agreements.
3. Minimum performance requirements:
- If an Affiliate generates less than $50 in new deposits and fewer than 10 new depositing Players within one calendar month, Reybets may reduce the commission rate to 10%.
- If, over a period of three consecutive months, the Affiliate fails to generate at least $50 in deposits and 10 new depositing Players per month , Reybets may reduce the commission to 0% or suspend the account.
4. Strong and consistent performance may result in improved commission terms at Reybets' discretion.
4. Commission Calculation
NGR = Casino Real Money Revenue - Casino Given Bonus
NGR – up to 20% Network Fee = Calculated NGR
Reybets reserves the right to:
- Apply a network fee of up to 20%
- Modify calculation formulas at any time
5. Payments
1. Commission payments are processed monthly on the 1st day, provided the balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of $50.
2. Balances below $50 will be carried forward to the next payment period.
3. Negative balances are not carried forward.
4. Reybets may request identity verification documents prior to processing withdrawals.
5. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment details up to date in their affiliate panels. Reybets Account Managers retrieve the current payment details from these panels and send payments on the 1st day of each month to the address listed there. The partners must make sure to check that your payment details are up to date as the end of the month approaches, and if there are any changes, kindly inform your Account Manager.
6. Traffic Quality and Compliance
1. Affiliates must ensure that all traffic sources are:
- Legitimate
- Non-fraudulent
- Compliant with applicable laws
2. Reybets reserves the right to:
- Audit traffic sources
- Suspend payments during investigation
- Withhold or cancel commissions in cases of:
- Fraud
- Multi-accounting
- Low-quality or incentivized traffic
- Brand misuse
3. Affiliates agree to provide any requested documentation for verification purposes.
7. Hybrid Deals
1. Hybrid commission structures (CPA + Revenue Share) are subject to individual agreements.
2. Reybets reserves the right to revise Hybrid Deal terms based on performance.
3. CPA components are subject to strict fraud and risk assessment. Reybets may suspend or decline CPA payments based on internal reviews.
4. Payment terms follow the same structure as standard commissions.
8. CPA Deals
1. CPA agreements are governed by separate performance conditions and may be revised at Reybets' sole discretion.
2. All Players referred under CPA agreements are subject to verification, risk analysis, and fraud prevention procedures.
3. Reybets reserves the right to:
- Reject CPA commissions for low-quality or non-compliant traffic
- Suspend Affiliate accounts pending investigation
- Withhold or cancel CPA payments based on risk assessment findings
4. CPA payments are processed monthly, subject to a minimum withdrawal of 1 Qualified FTD's payment.
8.1 CPA Deals – Risk Assessment Criteria
1. Player accounts are evaluated across multiple risk indicators, including but not limited to:
- Multi-accounting
- Repeated IP usage
- Crypto Wallet Activity Verification
- VPN activity
- Inactive Accounts
- Fake Profile Information or Failed KYC
- Deposit legitimacy
- Bonus Abuse, Fraud Attempts, or Irregular Gameplay Patterns
- One-Time Deposit with No Subsequent Activity (Non-Genuine Users)
- Similar Profile Information and Gameplay Patterns
2. Reybets acknowledges that achieving a 100% traffic quality rate is not always feasible, particularly in large and competitive markets.
3. Where the overall traffic quality of an Affiliate is deemed high and compliant, isolated instances of low-quality traffic may be tolerated at Reybets' discretion.
4. Market dynamics and regional factors may also be considered during evaluations.
5. Affiliates operating in a transparent, ethical, and compliant manner will benefit from Reybets' continued support, while Reybets reserves the right to apply monitoring and risk control measures as necessary.
9. Dispute Resolution
1. Affiliates may submit disputes or complaints to the Reybets Affiliate Support Team via email.
2. All disputes must include supporting evidence and clear reasoning.
3. Reybets will review and respond within 14 business days.
4. Any communication containing abusive, offensive, or misleading language will not be considered.
10. Prohibited Territories
1. The Affiliate agrees and undertakes not to target, market, promote, or otherwise direct traffic to Reybets from individuals located in the following jurisdictions (the "Prohibited Territories"):
Afghanistan, American Samoa, Anguilla, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Comoros (including Anjouan), Curaçao, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Germany, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guam, Guernsey, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Iran, Isle of Man, Jersey, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Montserrat, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Pitcairn, Puerto Rico, Réunion, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, Saint Martin (French part), Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Kingdom, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wallis and Futuna.
2. The Affiliate shall ensure that no marketing activities, campaigns, or content distribution efforts are directed toward users residing in the Prohibited Territories, whether directly or indirectly.
3. It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to implement appropriate geo-targeting, filtering, and compliance measures to prevent access or exposure from restricted jurisdictions.
4. Any breach of this clause may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the Affiliate account
- Forfeiture of any outstanding commissions
- Additional compliance measures deemed necessary by Reybets
4. Reybets reserves the right to amend the list of Prohibited Territories at any time, in accordance with regulatory, legal, or internal risk management requirements. Affiliates will be notified of any such changes via their registered contact details.
11. Final Provisions
Reybets reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time
- Withhold payments in cases of policy violations
- Interpret these Terms at its sole discretion
